Hey all, sorry about the lack of updates - I'm not too well, so the site will be out of action for a short while. It will also be moving to the old clanpages.com address pretty soon.

We had a bit of bad news which I'm sure the clanmembers will be aware of. I'm not sure if now's the right time to put it up though :(

We've also got a few more recruits (some old Oots boys) - Jazz, The_Rifle and Smarty. Hello all.

The ladder seems a bit corrupted recently with lots of clans using the 'vertigo' cheat (auto-aim I believe)...hopefully it will clear up soon.. :(

TAS have added two more players to the roster: Zombie and PreDaToR (our first non-European :). Welcome to TAS guys. Pred, if you're reading this - I lost the piece of paper onto which I wrote your details, so if you could email me them or something, that'd be great.

Match wise - Chimp and I absolutely blew it against CeS whom we should have beaten. We just played really badly, which is something that's made all the more painful by the fact that they were rank 22 and a win would have propelled us back into the top 50 :( Put it this way, and I don't want to sound cocky here, but if they're ranked 22, I can defintely see a bright future for us ;)

Well unfortunately TAS lost a ladder game last night to MPK, but quickly redeemed ourselves by beating EIK.

Anyway, I've put the stats up for all the matches, so I'm totally up to date again ;)

Our record has definitely been very good over the past couple of weeks. Just look at the table to your right - since this page started, TAS have played 20 matches and only lost 5 of them. We're certainly established as a top 100 clan, but I think it's probably time we got to be thought of as top 50 clan...

I've had a word with Chimp and we both agree that it's time to start trying to play as many high (top 50) ranked teams as possible. It's all very well winning matches against the easy clans, but that just leads to complacency and doesn't get us anywhere in terms of rank. Of course, higher ranked teams will have better players, but then it was never supposed to be easy. It's best to get over the fear of loosing and just go for it. We're good enough on our day to beat the best teams, and so we're good enough to sit among them at the top of the ladder.

On the recruitment and members front, we might be looking at a new player over the next few days, but no names as of yet - he knows who he is though (I think!). The squad could definitely use one or two good quality (and non-wanker) players, so as to play even more ladder games.

Next (jeeze I'm rambling), thanks to the people who commented on the site in the ladder room when I was plugging it! It was very nice to receive 100% positive feedback :)

Finally - Happy birthday to Mr Brown from RD (for the 10th)!!!

Ok, first the good news - which is that TAS have won 2 matches tonight. Unfortunately we have not actually gained a rank (hmmn, we've lost a couple), but at least we're getting wins under our collective belt. Another piece of good news is that Soul Assasins finally reported, so the streak is in fact up to +6. I've put the SA game as if it were played yesterday.

The first win was against regular 'sparring partners' GSAI, who it has to be said, have improved since last night ;)

We then agreed to play a 4on4 with SweFor, and whilst we won the match fairly comfortably, 3-1, it was a very frustrating game due to constant crashes and disconnections. I know that nobody is to blame as such, but it's still very annoying!

I will put the stats for these three games up tomorrow evening (sorry, I can't be bothered right now!)

After last nights disappointing defeat, TAS are back to winning ways with three comfortable victories over lower ranked clans tonight. Well played Fazer, Chimp and Rich. Unfortunately, we've dropped out of the top 50 though - but rest assured we'll be back there :)

Soul Assasins, who's leader 'SA_Soul' told me were frozen, are in fact ACTIVE - but have yet to report our victory from 2 nights ago. We're hoping to resolve the situation ASAP.

Doh! After getting to +10, we just lost a 4vs4 to Assasins for Hire. However, whilst the streak has come to an end, don't forget we've only lost 4 out of our last 17 clan ladder matches, which is no mean feat.

We've broken into the top 50, and one more win against a 30 or higher ranked clan will see that status consolidated for a fair while, so don't be too down-hearted! ;)

The stats are up promtly nevertheless...

A great victory over S.N.A.P.S in a close fourght 5vs5 has given us both a top 50 rank and a well deserved HOT award.

I've been speaking to SA_Soul, and unfortunately, Soul Assassins have been frozen for approximately one week in the ladder - which obviously means they can't report our victory yesterday.

Whilst Soul assured me that they would report when they were unfrozen, this obviously means TAS will need one more consecutive victory to be crowned 'hot'...pick a nice easy game guys :)
